Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and maintain machines in accordance with production schedules.
Set up machines before the start of a shift, including loading materials and calibration.
Conduct routine checks to ensure machines are running optimally and safely.
Perform quality checks on finished products and ensure compliance with company standards.
Adjust machine settings as necessary to improve output and reduce downtime.
Identify and report mechanical faults or unusual behavior to the maintenance team.
Keep accurate records of production counts, downtime, and maintenance.
Clean and maintain equipment to ensure a safe and organized work area.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and company policies.
Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Preferred candidate profile

Education
: Minimum 10th pass or fail / ITI / Diplomo and Degree or other related field.
Fresher or Experience
Technical Skills:
Basic knowledge of machine functions and mechanical troubleshooting.
Ability to read production blueprints and technical documents (if applicable).
Soft Skills:-
Teamwork abilities.
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new machinery or technologies.
Other Requirements:
Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work in shifts, including night or weekend shifts if required.
Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
