Load raw materials and ensure proper clamping and alignment.
Select, install, and adjust cutting tools and tool offsets as needed.
Make minor program edits (offset changes, speed/feed adjustments).
Collaborate with programmers for new job setups or complex parts.
Maintain quality checks during production and complete inspection reports.
Ensure finished parts meet dimensional, surface finish, and quality requirements.
Perform routine machine cleaning, coolant checks, and preventive maintenance.
Follow safety standards and ensure proper use of PPE.
Report machine issues, tool wear, or abnormalities to supervisors.
