Develop & optimize CNC programs (milling/turning/35 axis).
Interpret CAD/CAM files, drawings
Select tools, fixtures & machining parameters.
Test, debug & modify programs for accuracy.
Coordinate with machinists & quality team.
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing.
25 yrs CNC programming experience.
Proficient in CAD/CAM (Mastercam, Fusion 360, SolidCAM).
Strong knowledge of G/M codes & CNC controls (Fanuc/Haas/Siemens/Mazak).
Problem-solving & teamwork skills.
