Job Description

Job Title: Conventional Lathe Operator - Millers or Turners

Job Overview:

Independently operate conventional lathes to produce precision components
Read and interpret technical drawings and follow specified tolerances
Measure, inspect, and ensure the accuracy and quality of machined parts
Make necessary machine adjustments and minor corrections during the machining process
Ensure cleanliness, order, and maintenance of machines and work area
Contribute to continuous quality and process improvements

Candidate Profile:

Proven B1/B2 Level German Proficiency
Completed vocational training in metalworking (e.g., turning technician, precision mechanic, or similar)
Sound experience in operating conventional turning machines
Ability to read and work from technical drawings with precision
Familiarity with quality control methods and measuring tools
Basic knowledge of German is an advantage; willingness to undergo German language training is essential Independent, precise, and reliable work ethic
