Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to produce precision components according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

-Set up and operate CNC machines (e.g., milling, lathe, turning, or grinding machines).

-Monitor machine operation and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.

-Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of machines.

-Inspect finished products using measurement tools like calipers and micrometers.

-Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards.

-Troubleshoot issues with machines or programs when needed.

-Keep accurate production records and report any discrepancies.

Qualifications:

-High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or CNC certification preferred).

-Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role.

-Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

-Familiarity with CNC machinery and tooling.

-Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.

-Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

-Basic math and computer skills.
