CNC Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines such as CNC Lathe / VMC / HMC / Milling as per production requirements.
• Perform machine setup, tool changes, and offset adjustments.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job instructions.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
• Use measuring instruments like Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, and Height Gauge.
• Conduct in-process inspections and maintain quality records.
• Identify and troubleshoot basic machine or tooling issues.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and safety norms.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S practices in the work area.
• Coordinate with supervisors, maintenance, and quality teams.
• Meet daily production targets with minimal rejection and downtime.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
