Job Title: Production Supervisor Location: [Eliyarpathi] Department: Production Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 years (preferably in textile/spinning/industrial production) Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the production floor. The ideal candidate must ensure smooth workflow, maintain quality and output targets, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day production activities to meet target output Monitor manpower, machines, and material usage for efficiency Ensure quality standards and minimize rework or rejection Coordinate with maintenance, stores, and QA teams for uninterrupted operations Maintain daily production reports, shift logs, and performance records Train and guide machine operators and helpers Ensure safety, discipline, and cleanliness on the shop floor Report production issues and downtime to the management promptly Requirements: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Textile, or Production Engineering Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or spinning/textile plant Strong knowledge of production planning and manpower handling Good communication and leadership skills Willing to work in shifts and under pressure situations Working Hours: [9..30AMto6.00PM] Salary: [15,000to25,000] Contact: [84899 11992] Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Yearly bonus Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Overnight Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person
