ob Title: Fitter – Blow Room & Carding Location: [Eliyarpathi] Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 2–5 years in Blow Room and Carding Job Summary: We are hiring an experienced Fitter with compulsory experience in Blow Room and Carding departments. The candidate should be skilled in routine maintenance, machine handling, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production in the spinning section. Key Responsibilities: Perform regular maintenance of Blow Room and Carding machines Identify and resolve mechanical faults or breakdowns Assist in machine setting, alignment, and performance improvement Maintain machinery as per preventive maintenance schedules Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams for daily requirements Ensure safety and cleanliness of the working area Requirements: Compulsory experience in Blow Room and Carding ITI / Diploma in Fitter or Mechanical trade Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in textile mills Good knowledge of machine parts and mechanical operations Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure situations Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
