Job Description

Job Title: Electrical Supervisor – Textile Spinning Unit Location: [Eliyarpathi] Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 years in Blow Room, Carding, Draw Frame, and Open End Spinning Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor with a strong background in textile spinning machinery , especially Blow Room, Carding, Draw Frame, and Open End Spinning sections. The candidate should be able to manage all electrical maintenance, breakdown handling, and ensure smooth electrical operations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and perform electrical maintenance in Blow Room, Carding, Draw Frame, and OE Spinning areas Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues to minimize machine downtime Monitor and maintain electrical panels, drives, motors, and control systems Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed Maintain daily logs, breakdown reports, and energy usage records Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards Coordinate with mechanical and production teams for efficient operations Requirements: Diploma / ITI in Electrical Engineering Minimum 3 years’ experience in textile units (Blow Room, Carding, Draw Frame, OE Spinning) Knowledge of electrical circuits, motor controls, and VFDs Experience with textile machine electrical systems is mandatory Ability to lead a small team of electricians and helpers Willingness to work in shifts Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
