CNC Milling Operator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Milling Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC milling machines to produce precision parts according to technical drawings, work instructions, and quality standards. You will ensure machines are properly set up, running efficiently, and maintained in good working order. Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate CNC milling machines (3-axis, 4-axis, or 5-axis, depending on equipment). Interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files. Load raw materials and parts into machines and monitor the machining process. Adjust machine settings and offsets to ensure precision and accuracy. Perform quality checks using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Maintain production records and complete necessary documentation. Troubleshoot machining issues and report equipment malfunctions. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines. Collaborate with engineers, quality control, and other team members. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in machining is a plus. Minimum [X] years of experience operating CNC milling machines. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Familiarity with G-code and CNC machine programming basics.
