CNC Milling Operator

As a CNC Milling Operator at Husky TechnologiesTM in Chennai, India, your role involves manufacturing components in CNC Milling machines and ensuring the parts meet the company's quality standards through thorough inspection using measuring instruments. Key Responsibilities/Areas Of Accountability: - Operate CNC Milling Machines - Set up CNC milling machines by installing and aligning workpieces, tools, and fixtures - Plan tools and fixtures required for turning operation - Inspect parts using gauges and instruments as per the Drawing requirements - Possess CNC programming knowledge (added advantage) - Read inspection control plans, interpret specifications, drawings, standards, and tolerances in a GD&T environment Technical/Professional Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: - Strong knowledge in Machining environment specifically CNC Milling 5 Axis - Familiarity with 5S and GD&T standards - Proficiency in mechanical, electrical gauges used in CNC Machines - Basic problem-solving skills in CNC turning machine - Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.) - Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal & written) Qualifications: Education: - Diploma/BE/B-tech in mechanical Engineering with experience in CNC Milling operation Related Experience: - 2+ years of experience in CNC Milling - Experience in Tool making industry, Precision components Manufacturing, or Automotive manufacturing Husky TechnologiesTM offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, along with excellent opportunities for growth and advancement.
