We are looking for a skilled CNC Wire Bending Machine Operator who understands basic G-code and M-code programming and can operate CNC-controlled wire forming machines with precision and efficiency. The operator will be responsible for setting up, programming, and running the ADTECH 9640 (or similar) 2D wire bending machine for various wire-based components and kitchenware products. Key Responsibilities :Operate and monitor CNC Wire Bending / Wire Forming Machines efficiently to produce accurate wire products as per drawings. Set up tools, dies, and wire feed systems on the machine. Understand and apply G-code & M-code basics for part setup, bending angles, and toolpath modifications. Load and unload wire material, ensuring correct wire gauge and quality standards. Inspect and measure finished parts using gauges, calipers, and other precision tools. Make minor program edits or offsets to ensure part accuracy and consistency. Maintain machine cleanliness and ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed. Identify and troubleshoot minor operational or dimensional issues in production. Maintain proper records of production, rejections, and maintenance logs. Work closely with the production and quality team to ensure smooth operation and output.
