CNC Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts and components, ensuring high quality and efficiency in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines (lathes, mills, or grinders) according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders to determine machining requirements.
• Select, load, and adjust cutting tools, fixtures, and materials.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect finished products using calipers, gauges, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools.
• Ensure production output meets quality standards and required tolerances.
• Troubleshoot and correct minor machine issues during operations.
• Maintain accurate records of production runs, defects, and maintenance activities.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve efficiency and resolve production challenges.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma, ITI, or diploma in mechanical/production engineering (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,400.00 per month
