CNC Machine Operator

The ideal candidate for the position of CNC Operator should possess an ITI certification in Fitter/Turner/Machinist/Tool & Die or equivalent qualification. With a minimum of 1 year of experience, you should have a good grasp of operating CNC machines, interpreting technical drawings, and maintaining quality standards in a mechanical production setting. As a skilled and detail-oriented professional, you will be responsible for operating CNC turning/milling machines according to production needs, reading and deciphering engineering drawings and blueprints, and executing work instructions diligently. Your role will entail setting up tools, loading programs, making basic offset adjustments, and conducting in-process inspections using measuring instruments such as verniers, micrometers, and gauges. It is imperative that components are manufactured to the specified tolerances and quality standards under your watch. In addition to routine machine maintenance and reporting malfunctions, you will contribute to upholding a clean and safe working environment, adhering strictly to company safety and production protocols.
