CMS Senior Associate (Sr.Analyst) - Mac PC Admin

Role Overview: At PwC, as an End User Macintosh Administrator, you will be responsible for the maintenance and direct support of end users with software or hardware issues primarily for Macintosh OS environments. You will lead the Mac administrator responsible for macOS support and may provide minor support for Windows operating systems in mixed platform environments. Your hands-on experience managing and supporting Intune, Jamf, or other MDM solutions will be crucial in ensuring seamless operations and high availability for clients. Additionally, you will be expected to have experience with macOS and iOS device lifecycle management, including onboarding, maintenance, and decommissioning of Apple devices. Your familiarity with device security protocols and standards for Apple devices will play a key role in optimizing performance and minimizing downtime. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Mac administrator responsible for macOS support - Provide minor support for Windows operating systems in mixed platform environments - Manage and support Intune, Jamf, or other MDM solutions - Handle macOS and iOS device lifecycle management - Implement and maintain security policies for Apple devices - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to device management, security configurations, and software distribution - Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity - Provide end-user assistance, address queries, and resolve technical problems - Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain documentation regularly - Create and update troubleshooting documentation and written guides - Perform other assigned duties - Demonstrate strong ITIL process knowledge - Utilize strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills - Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technology field preferred - Proficiency with Macintosh computers and iPads - Familiarity with relevant software such as Microsoft Office, ServiceNow, etc. - Strong working knowledge of ITIL principles and ITSM - Current understanding of industry trends and methodologies - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Attention to detail - Strong interpersonal skills and leadership qualities,
