Job Description

Role Overview: At PwC, as an End User Macintosh Administrator, you will be responsible for the maintenance and direct support of end users with software or hardware issues primarily for Macintosh OS environments. You will lead Mac administrator responsible for macOS support and may provide minor support for Windows operating systems in mixed platform environments. Your role will involve hands-on experience managing and supporting Intune, Jamf, or other MDM solutions. You will also handle macOS and iOS device lifecycle management, including onboarding, maintenance, and decommissioning of Apple devices. Additionally, you will be expected to ensure device security protocols, create and manage user accounts, implement security policies for Apple devices, and provide assistance to end-users by addressing their queries and resolving technical problems. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Mac administrator responsible for macOS support - Provide support for Windows operating systems in mixed platform environments - Manage and support Intune, Jamf, or other MDM solutions - Handle macOS and iOS device lifecycle management - Ensure device security protocols and implement security policies for Apple devices - Create and manage user accounts, configure new user accounts, handle password resets, and troubleshoot login issues - Resolve complex technical issues related to device management, security configurations, and software distribution - Provide user permissions, profiles, and access controls - Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity - Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain documentation - Create and update troubleshooting documentation and written guides - Perform other duties as assigned - Utilize strong ITIL process knowledge - Apply strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills - Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technology field preferred - Proficiency with Macintosh computers (iMac, Mac Mini, Mac Studio) and iPads - Knowledge of relevant software such as Microsoft Office, ServiceNow, etc. - Strong working knowledge of ITIL principles and ITSM - Current understanding of industry trends and methodologies - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills - Excellent attention to detail - Strong interpersonal skills and leadership qualities,
