Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead fulllifecycle CMMS implementation and enhancements, with focus on Blue Mountain RAM: functional analysis, technical design, validation, go-live and post-implementation support.
  • Administer and maintain the CMMS system: ensure operational continuity, functional evolution and regulatory compliance (e.g., GMP, 21 CFR Part 11).
  • Manage bulk data import/export processes both during implementation and production, ensuring data integrity, transformation and compliance.
  • Provide functional and technical support to endusers: incident resolution, root-cause analysis, continuous improvement of system usage and workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Production, Engineering, IT) to capture requirements, validate workflows, ensure system alignment with processes.
  • Manage vendor relationships for CMMS software/service providers: contracts, deliverables, service levels, escalations.
  • Participate in internal and external audits related to computerized systems and CMMS; ensure documentation and audit readiness.
  • Ensure integration of CMMS with corporate ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle EBS) and other enterprise systems if required.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in CMMS project delivery, ideally with Blue Mountain RAM or equivalent platform in a regulated manufacturing (pharma/biotech) environment.
  • Strong knowledge of regulated environments, especially GMP and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
  • Proficient in SQL: ability to write medium-complexity queries for data extraction, transformation and validation in bulk import/export activities.
  • Experience in both functional (business/ process) and technical (system/admin) support of implemented CMMS solutions.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead multi-discipline teams and manage multiple stakeholders across functions.
  • Experience with vendor management and technology service contracts and deliverables.
  • Desirable: Experience with corporate ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle EBS.
  • Excellent command of English (written & spoken).

Valued Qualifications:

  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in Computerised System Validation (CSV) in a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies for system delivery.
  • Background in pharmaceutical, biotech or life-sciences manufacturing.
