Job Description

Design, develop, and maintain the
ServiceNow CMDB
structure, data model, and relationships.
Ensure
data accuracy, completeness, and compliance
across CI classes and attributes.
Integrate
discovery sources
(ServiceNow Discovery, SCCM, SolarWinds, AWS, Azure, etc.) to automatically populate CMDB.
Implement
data normalization, reconciliation, and de-duplication
processes.
Collaborate with ITSM, ITOM, and Asset Management teams to align the CMDB with incident, change, and problem management processes.
Develop and maintain
data quality dashboards, reports, and KPIs
for CMDB health.
Support
audits and governance reviews
by ensuring data integrity and adherence to configuration management policies.
Participate in
CMDB process improvement
, automation, and continuous optimization initiatives.
Work closely with technical and process owners to
map business services to infrastructure components
.
Troubleshoot CMDB-related issues and ensure smooth integration with IT workflows.
