Job Description

Barclays is looking for CMBS Originations & Underwriting AVP to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the origination and underwriting process for CMBS.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
