Job Description:

We are hiring fresher candidates who have cleared Part 1 of the CMA (Certified Management Accountant) exam. This position offers hands-on training, real client exposure, and a path to build a successful career in accounting, analysis, and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing management reports and financial records
• Work on data entry, reconciliations, and reporting tasks
• Learn to use accounting and reporting tools (training provided)
• Support senior staff in client projects and daily operations
• Maintain accuracy, professionalism, and team coordination

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Must have cleared CMA (Certified Management Accountant) Part 1
• Strong interest in accounting and management reporting
• Willingness to work in evening shift (3 PM to 12 AM)
• Basic knowledge of Excel and accounting concepts
• Good communication skills in English
• Eager to learn and grow with structured guidance
