About the Role

This articleship offers a minimum period of 15 months, providing you with comprehensive training in real-world accounting functions. You will work alongside seasoned professionals, applying your theoretical knowledge to practical tasks and contributing to our company's financial success.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
• Help with internal and statutory audits.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as required.

Compensation

We believe in rewarding hard work and commitment. Our articleship program offers a competitive stipend:

• First Year: ₹5,000 per month
• Second Year: ₹6,000 per month

Qualifications

• You must have completed CMA Inter (ICMAI).
• Candidates who have successfully cleared at least one group of CMA Inter are eligible and encouraged to apply.
• A solid understanding of accounting principles and practices is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
• Experience with Tally or other accounting software is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
