Hiring - Clutch Expert Developer

Roles and responsibilities :-

• Design, develop, and deploy high-quality web and/or mobile applications.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Work on client projects that meet Clutch standards for delivery, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
• Participate in technical discussions, provide innovative solutions, and mentor junior developers.
• Maintain excellent communication with clients and contribute to building strong relationships leading to high ratings on Clutch.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of professional development experience in [JavaScript/React/Node.js/PHP/Python/Java or your tech stack].
• Proven track record of working on successful projects featured on Clutch.co.
• Strong understanding of full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and improve application performance.
• Strong communication skills and client-facing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Portfolio of projects with client reviews on Clutch.co.
