Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Visual Manager located in Indore. The Cluster Visual Manager will be responsible for overseeing visual merchandising operations across multiple retail locations. Daily tasks include creating and implementing visual strategies, ensuring brand consistency, conducting store visits, providing visual merchandising training, and collaborating with store managers to optimize the visual appeal and shopping experience. The role involves analyzing visual merchandising outcomes, staying updated with industry trends, and maintaining company standards in every store.

Qualifications

• Experience in Visual Merchandising and Retail Management
• Ability to develop and implement visual strategies, ensure brand consistency, and provide visual merchandising training
• Skills in analyzing visual merchandising outcomes and staying updated with industry trends
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple locations
• Knowledge of fashion and retail industry trends
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Visual Arts, or related field preferred
• Experience in retail or fashion merchandising roles is a plus
