Cluster visual manager

Key Responsibilities: - Create and implement visual strategies to enhance the shopping experience - Ensure brand consistency across all retail locations - Conduct regular store visits to monitor visual merchandising operations - Provide training on visual merchandising best practices - Collaborate with store managers to optimize the visual appeal of each location - Analyze visual merchandising outcomes and make necessary adjustments - Stay updated with industry trends in visual merchandising - Maintain company standards in visual presentation at all stores Qualifications: - Experience in Visual Merchandising and Retail Management - Ability to develop and implement visual strategies, ensure brand consistency, and provide visual merchandising training - Skills in analyzing visual merchandising outcomes and staying updated with industry trends - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple locations - Knowledge of fashion and retail industry trends - Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Visual Arts, or related field preferred - Experience in retail or fashion merchandising roles is a plus,
