As a Cluster Optometrist at Lenskart, your role involves a perfect blend of optometry and optical retail. You will be pivotal in upskilling the front-end retail staff on professional optometry grounds to deliver the best customer experience and drive key business metrics with your optometric approach. **Key Responsibilities:** - Visit assigned stores in Lenskart uniform to manage the complete Technical and Functional part of Lenskart stores - Act as a Mentor and Coach to Fresher Optometrists, assisting them with Sales Pitch, Technical Dispensing Guidance, Troubleshooting, and Customer Query Handling - Work as a store optometrist during busy hours, high sale days, or to cover shifts of absent colleagues - Ensure maintenance of eye test quality and dispensing standards as per Lenskart norms - Conduct interviews, onboarding, and meetings with respective AOMs to discuss reviews, performance, or proposals - Undertake regular reviews, analyze SOPs, and deliver training to measure the impact on store performance - Identify and Train Store staff to help them achieve their goals - Periodically audit eye test and dispensing performance - Wear multiple hats of Team leader, Bench, Senior, Consultant Optometrist to support the store team - Work as a member of the Business Team to accomplish goals and objectives - Participate in regional, departmental, executive, and operational meetings as appropriate - Maintain documentation and report daily to PS regional manager on store visit summary **Qualifications Required:** - Diploma in Optometry with a minimum of 3 years of retail experience and a good track record - Good knowledge in Optometry, Refraction, Eye Wear Products, Dispensing, and Measurements - Willingness to travel anywhere in India as per Business requirements - Passionate about Sales, Retail, Customer service, and Training - Good understanding of market and product analysis - Leadership qualities such as leading by example, coaching, motivating, great communication, and a never give up attitude - Energy, influence, and an entrepreneur mindset are valued competencies Please note that the working hours will align with the store shift and as per business needs, including weekends and public holidays.,
