 Cluster Manager - Industrial Equipment Finance 
 Job Purpose 
The primary purpose of this role is to drive a team to source medical equipment finance business from the sales teams of manufacturers, dealers, distributors of medical equipment, and DSAs in the allocated location. The role requires maintaining relationships with partners by traveling, meeting, and building strong professional relationships.  Culture Anchors

  •  Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Drive the team to deliver medical equipment finance business through 3-4 allocated team members in different locations.
  • Drive sales of medical equipment finance business in the allocated region.
  • Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers' sales teams to source business.
  • Connect with dealers and distributors to source business opportunities.
  • Engage with regional DSAs to source business.
  • Travel to different locations to drive business growth.

  •  Major Challenges 
  • Continuously driving sales of medical equipment loans on a daily basis.

  •  Key Decisions 
  • Provide regional support to the team for deal closures.
  • Interact with the credit team for case underwriting and resolution.

  • Credit team (case underwriting)
  • Risk team (program deviations)
  • Operations team (case disbursement through branches)
  • Internal sales teams at various locations
  •  External: 
  • Sales teams of manufacturers
  • Dealers or distributors of medical equipment
  • DSAs

  •  Financial and Other Dimensions 
  •  Financial:  Drive sales of 10 Cr per month (program allows sourcing from 3 lakh to 1.5 Cr per file).

  •  Required Qualifications and Experience 
  •  Educational Qualifications:  MBA in Marketing or Finance
  •  Work Experience:  Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in the medical equipment finance industry
