About the Role:

Cluster Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Own regional operations across all cities in Tamil Nadu and Telangana, ensuring smooth functioning of dark stores, inventory, and last-mile delivery.
• Lead and mentor City Managers, driving performance and alignment with business goals.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, safety protocols, and operational standards across cities.
• Drive strategic initiatives to improve delivery speed, accuracy, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Planning, HR, Finance, and Tech teams to support regional growth and efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Manage escalations and ensure proactive resolution of customer and operational issues.
• Support expansion plans including onboarding of new cities and dark stores.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies across the region.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience:

  12+ years in operations, logistics, or supply chain management, with regional/multi-city leadership experience preferred.

• Leadership:

  Strong people management skills with experience in leading large, distributed teams.

• Education:

  Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).

• Skills:

• Strategic thinking and execution capability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and reporting.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in local languages (Tamil and Telugu preferred).
