Cluster Head- First Mile

Role Overview: As a Cluster Head FM at Meesho, you will be at the forefront of shaping the experience for the next billion e-Commerce users in India. You will play a crucial role in onboarding and training partners, driving key operational metrics, and continuously improving processes to meet team goals. Key Responsibilities: - Own the onboarding and training of new partners for First Mile operations - Identify and onboard new partners onto the network continuously - Track and manage the performance of partners in your cluster - Conduct facility visits for audits and operational issue resolutions - Ensure compliance with operational processes - Take ownership of key operational metrics, driving performance targets end to end Qualifications Required: - Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any discipline - 3-5 years of work experience in e-commerce logistics - Experience in partner onboarding and training in First Mile and sorting operations - Additional experience in control tower and field operations will be advantageous,
