Cluster Head (Brand Partnership) – Hari Om Mandir Division

Location: Mumbai

We are seeking a Cluster Head (Brand Partnership) to lead partnerships and sales for the Hari Om Mandir Division, connecting temples, trusts, and spiritual organizations with the Hari Om App. This role combines sales, marketing, and product insight to deliver innovative value-added services (VAS) for devotees, both digitally and on-ground, strengthening global engagement with Indian spirituality across India and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard temples, trusts, puja booking partners, pilgrimage services, and spiritual institutions in domestic and overseas markets.

• Drive B2B & B2C sales for subscriptions, donations, sponsorships, and concierge offerings.

• Build alliances with spiritual event organizers, pilgrimage boards, and cultural groups worldwide.

• Negotiate and close partnership deals to achieve revenue and growth targets.

• Coordinate with tech/product teams to implement temple services and VAS features.

• Develop proposals, presentations, and communication strategies to engage devotees.

• Track sales performance, ROI, and partnership pipelines with regular reporting.
