Cluster Head - AP&T and East

Role Overview: In this role at Swiggy, you will be leading a high-performing city team across multiple states, with a focus on driving business outcomes in the food delivery sector. Your key responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Driving sustainable growth and market share by identifying and solving key city-specific issues and developing innovative strategies. - Owning the complete P&L for the region by maximizing revenue and optimizing costs. - Delivering on key performance metrics such as Order Growth, GMV, AOV, Revenue, CX & NPS through structured monthly operating plans. - Finalizing annual and quarterly growth goals and cascading targets across teams, while leading reviews and recalibrating plans as needed. - Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships with Operations, Product, Strategy, and Planning teams to influence roadmaps and resolve blockers. - Collaborating on new product launches and scaling initiatives with a focus on field feedback and bandwidth planning. - Ensuring geographic RSS health by onboarding RXs quickly, expanding categories, and maintaining service parity across time slots and zones. - Championing partner relationships by engaging with key accounts and driving strategic conversations with large restaurant partners. - Managing city-specific configurations and coordinating with central teams to adapt configurations to local realities. - Evaluating consumer segments to acquire new users and retain core transacting ones through marketing campaigns and localized subscription variants. - Coaching and guiding City Heads on people management including hiring, training, and performance tracking. Qualification Required: - 7+ years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, or Operations with proven leadership abilities. - Graduate/Postgraduate from a premier institute with strong strategic and execution skills. - Effective negotiator and communicator with fluency in English and Hindi/Local language preferred. - Adept at navigating complex stakeholder relationships and influencing across levels. - Passionate about consumer behavior with a customer-first mindset. - Highly analytical with the ability to derive insights from large datasets. - Resilient under pressure with a strong hustle and ownership mindset. - High ethical standards and integrity in all business dealings. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.,
