Role & responsibilities

Analysis of Credit Risk metrics from Dashboard
Recommending Policies, Advisories and SOP
Monthly review of Credit Function
Budgeting, Per file cost, Manpower planning, Productivity analysis
Tracking of Management related projects like Co-lending
Simulation for setting targets to Quarterly variable Pay, QC of incentive dashboard
Managing task related to Concurrent Audit, Hindsight etc.
Vendor Management
Development on dashboards, AI chatbot and enhancements to existing Automations

Preferred candidate profile

5-10 years of relevant experience in Central underwriting For Personal Loans
Having experience in Credit Policy (or) experience in Central Credit related works
Having experience of Analyzing dashboards and credit risk parameters
