Job Description

As a Center Operations Manager at Moms Belief, your role involves overseeing the smooth functioning of multiple centers in the assigned zone. Your primary responsibilities include: - **Parent Management:** - Ensure smooth handling of parent inquiries and maintain strong relationships with parents. - Collect and analyze feedback from parents to enhance services and satisfaction levels. - Address and resolve parent grievances promptly to ensure a seamless customer experience. - **Initial Parent Interaction for Conversion:** - Lead initial interactions with parents to communicate the benefits of Moms Belief programs. - Drive the conversion of inquiries into enrolments through consultative discussions. - **Child Goal Planning & Journey Management:** - Collaborate with therapists to create individualized goal plans for each child. - Oversee plan implementation to ensure seamless and result-oriented journeys for every child. - Review child progress periodically with therapists and parents. - **Therapist Coordination & Alignment:** - Ensure consistent alignment with therapists to deliver optimal outcomes. - Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and address any challenges. - Plan capacity-building sessions to enhance therapist skills. - **P&L Accountability:** - Drive profitability by meeting revenue and expense targets. - Set and achieve enrollment targets in line with organizational goals. - Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and maintain profitability. - **Operational Excellence:** - Oversee the smooth functioning of operations at all centers in the zone. - Implement SOPs to ensure consistent service delivery. - Optimize resource utilization and efficiency across centers. - **Team Leadership & Development:** - Lead, mentor, and manage center teams to foster high performance. - Drive employee engagement and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. **Qualifications:** - Bachelors or masters degree in OT, Psychology, Speech, or a related field. - Minimum 7 years of experience in operations or center management, preferably in healthcare or therapy. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with business acumen. Your work environment will involve regular travel to different centers within the assigned zone and interactions with diverse teams.
