Cluster Business Manager - Jaipur (Secured Business Loans)

You will be responsible for managing Secured Business Loans in the designated state. Your role will involve guiding and facilitating Cluster and Area Managers to develop and implement plans for their respective regions. It will be essential to ensure that the state meets its overall revenue targets on a monthly basis and achieves revenue targets from all sources as per the approved matrix. In addition, you will need to ensure that profitability targets are met for all products in the assigned state. Maintaining branch profitability by ensuring that Fee Income exceeds Branch Cost will be a key metric, which can be evaluated using the branch scorecard. You will also play a crucial role in expanding the branch network through effective network planning and market identification. Developing new strategies to explore untapped markets, launching new products, and generating revenue will be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with Business Heads for launching new products and conducting market scans will be essential. Formulating sales, distribution, and disbursement strategies for the state will also fall under your purview. Furthermore, you will be required to review all cases in the assigned region, conduct sales personal discussions (PD), understand customer profiles, and ensure appropriate sourcing. Your proactive approach in managing the sales processes and customer interactions will contribute to the overall success of the business in the assigned state.,
