Cluster Business Manager - Jaipur (Secured Business Loans)

As a Secured Business Loans Manager, your role involves managing Secured Business Loans for the designated state. You will guide and facilitate Cluster and Area Managers to formulate and drive plans for their respective state. Your responsibilities also include ensuring that overall revenue targets are met for the state on a monthly basis. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure overall revenue targets are reached from all revenue sources such as processing fees, cross sell, yield, etc. - Meet the profitability targets for all products in the assigned state. - Maintain branch profitability by ensuring that Fee Income is greater than or equal to Branch Cost, as measured by the branch scorecard. - Initiate branch network expansion through network planning and identifying potential markets. - Develop new strategies to scan the market for potential new avenues, generate revenue from untapped markets, and launch new products post consultation with respective Business Heads. - Formulate the sales, distribution, and disbursement strategy for the state. - Review all cases in the assigned Region, conduct sales personal discussions (PD) to understand customer profiles, and ensure right sourcing.
