Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kolkata for a Cluster Area Head at Niva Bupa Health Insurance will be managing 4-5 branches & should be into similar role in their current organization. The Cluster Area Head will oversee and manage multiple branches within the assigned region, ensuring operational efficiency and achieving business targets. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic plans, leading and mentoring the sales team, driving customer acquisition and retention, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple branches
• Experience in the health insurance or financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Master’s degree or equivalent professional qualifications would be an advantage
