We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cloud MSP Manager to join our team. The Cloud MSP Manager will be responsible for managing deliverables for multiple clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery under the guidance of senior management. Building trust with senior management is a critical aspect of this role. The Cloud MSP Manager will work closely with senior leadership, ensuring complete visibility of work, new requests, and other interactions. He or she will act as a trusted extension of senior management during offshore hours, while maintaining regular communication to keep everyone well-informed and aligned with all activities. Additionally, the Cloud MSP Manager will help expand the business by bringing in key contacts and introducing potential partners for better partnership building. What Youll Do - Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive service management. Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables. Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of cloud services to multiple clients, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and quality standards. Monitor service performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure client satisfaction. Manage resource allocation and scheduling to optimize service delivery and efficiency. Team Collaboration and Senior Management Support: Work closely with senior management to align on strategic goals, project priorities, and operational standards. Ensure senior management has complete visibility into ongoing work, new requests, and client interactions. Serve as a proxy for senior management during offshore hours, making informed decisions and maintaining seamless operations. Regularly communicate with senior management to keep them well-informed about all activities and decisions, ensuring alignment and avoiding siloed operations. Bring in senior management for decision-making when things are not clear, ensuring collaborative and well-informed outcomes. Foster a team-oriented environment, ensuring open communication and collaboration across all levels. Build trust with senior management by consistently delivering quality results, maintaining transparency, and demonstrating reliability. Business Expansion and Partnership Building: Help expand the business by identifying and bringing in key contacts. Introduce senior management to potential partners and stakeholders to foster better partnership building. Leverage existing relationships and networks to create new opportunities for the business. Operational Excellence: Implement and maintain best practices for cloud service management, including processes, tools, and documentation. Conduct regular reviews of service delivery processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to cloud services. Problem Solving and Incident Management: Lead the resolution of complex client issues and incidents, coordinating with internal teams and external partners as needed. Implement incident management processes to minimize service disruption and impact on clients. Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and present regular reports on service delivery performance, client satisfaction, and operational metrics to senior management. Use data analytics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives. What Youll Bring - Experience: 10-15 years of experience in cloud service management, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale cloud environments. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect) is a plus. Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms preferably on AWS. Proficiency in cloud architecture, deployment models, and cloud-native services. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth and operational excellence. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels. Security and Compliance: Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to cloud security and compliance, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO 27001. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing business needs.
