About the Role

Cloud Engineer / Sr. Cloud Engineer

This is a customer-facing technical role that demands hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune, along with excellent communication and project execution skills.

Key ResponsibiliEes

• Lead or contribute to implementation, migration, and consulting projects for Microsoft 365 and Azure Cloud.

• Configure and manage Azure AD Connect, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Conditional Access Policies.

• Implement and secure Microsoft 365 workloads including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.

• Execute email and data migrations from on-premises or third-party environments to Microsoft 365 using native or third-party tools (BitTitan, SkyKick, ShareGate, AvePoint, etc.).

• Configure and deploy Intune MDM/MAM, Windows Autopilot, and related endpoint management solutions.

• Participate in design workshops, testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities.

• Collaborate with project managers and architects to ensure project success and timely delivery.

• Stay current with Microsoft technologies and contribute to internal process improvements and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

•3-5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure implementations.

• In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.

• Strong understanding of Conditional Access, MFA, and Identity Security concepts.

• Experience with migration tools like BitTitan, SkyKick, ShareGate, or AvePoint.

• Proficiency in Intune, Windows Autopilot, and endpoint management. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-starter with strong problem-solving and planning abilities. • Willingness to work flexible shifts to support global clients (morning, afternoon, and occasional night shifts).

Good to Have

• Microsoft Certifications:

Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert / Endpoint Administrator Associate

Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate

• Experience in PowerShell scripting and automation.

• Prior experience in a Managed Services or IT Consulting environment.

Education

Bachelors degree in Computer Science,

Information Technology, or related discipline.
