Cloud Solution Architect

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading and managing a technical team related to Cloud Infra Consulting, Design, L3 Implementation, and Support. Your role will involve evaluating, recommending, and adopting technology in the Cloud Services domain to align with organization objectives. You will represent the organization from a technical standpoint in customer engagements or technical forums and work with stakeholders to drive technology standardization and implementation across departments. Proactive and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will stay up-to-date on technology trends, recommend applicable ones to internal stakeholders, and participate in technology and process discussions to enhance Cloud Services Delivery processes. Your role will also involve building and enhancing technical expertise in the Cloud Services domain across the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a technical team (3-5 people) related to Cloud Infra Consulting, Design, L3 Implementation, and Support. - Evaluate, recommend, and adopt technology in the Cloud Services domain aligning with organization objectives. - Represent the organization from a technical standpoint in customer engagements or technical forums. - Drive technology standardization and implementation across related departments. - Communicate proactively and timely with internal and external stakeholders. - Stay up-to-date on technology trends and recommend applicable ones to internal stakeholders. - Participate in technology and process discussions to enhance Cloud Services Delivery processes. - Build and enhance technical expertise in the Cloud Services domain across the organization. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 8 years of experience in Infrastructure Services and/or Software Development background. - Minimum 3 years of experience in designing and architecting cloud infra applications on public cloud platforms. - Strong hands-on experience (Expert Level) of at least 5 years on AWS and/or Azure Cloud infrastructure. - Expert Level hands-on experience of 5 years in Linux Administration background. - Intermediate level experience of 3 years in infra automation and configuration management tools like terraform, cloud formation, Ansible, or any the deployment tools. - Expert level experience of 3 years in DevOps tools, processes related to CI/CD, Infra management, Monitoring, and Security. - Expert level experience of 3 years in working with Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes. - Minimum 2 years of experience in managing, mentoring, and guiding technical teams in the DevOps domain. - Experience working with internal and external Senior Technical Stakeholders and decision-makers. - Strong spoken and written communication, presentation, and influencing skills from a technical standpoint.,
