Your Role: Cloud Security Engineer

As a Cloud Security Engineer, you will serve as a strategic partner to our clients, driving the design and implementation of secure cloud architectures, embedding security into DevOps pipelines, and strengthening application security defenses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage AWS-native security controls (IAM, WAF, Shield, Security Hub, GuardDuty, Config, KMS).
  
• Deploy and manage Application Security solutions including WAFs, anti-bot protections, and API security tools.
  
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation) with embedded security best practices.
  
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed DevSecOps practices into CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Conduct cloud security assessments, compliance checks, and risk evaluations.
  
• Support regulatory and framework-based requirements (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, SOC2).
  
• Monitor, detect, and respond to cloud security incidents.
  

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Cloud Security, DevSecOps, or AWS Security Engineering.

• 
  Strong expertise in AWS services and security controls.

• 
  Practical knowledge of WAF, anti-bot solutions, and application security,

• 
  Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) and CI/CD pipelines.

• 
  Familiarity with compliance/security frameworks (ISO 27001/27701, NIST, CIS, SOC2).

• 
  Good understanding of cloud security monitoring, incident response, and automation.

• 
  Certifications such as AWS Security Specialty, AWS Solutions Architect, CISSP, CISM, or ISO LA/LI (preferred).

• 
  Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and client-facing confidence.
