About the Opportunity

In the fast-paced technology and cloud services sector, we are at the forefront of delivering innovative, high-performance cloud solutions across India. Operating on an on-site model at Masai, our team focuses on building and managing robust Cloud Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments. This role empowers you to optimize cloud systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and security while working in a dynamic, collaborative setting.

Role & Responsibilities

Manage and administer Cloud PaaS environments, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and reliability.
Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure, including backups, updates, and continuous performance monitoring.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in cloud platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain uninterrupted service delivery.
Automate routine tasks and workflows using scripting languages to streamline operations.
Maintain cloud security best practices and compliance standards, ensuring data protection and system integrity.
Document system configurations and processes, and provide technical support and training for team members.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:
- Proven experience in administering and managing cloud PaaS environments.
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages (eg, Python, Bash) for automation.
- Solid understanding of Linux/Unix system administration and networking fundamentals.
- Experienced in monitoring cloud infrastructure and ensuring optimal uptime.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to effectively resolve technical issues.
Preferred:
- Relevant cloud certifications (eg, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Azure Administrator Associate).
- Familiarity with container orchestration and DevOps practices.
- Experience working in on-site IT environments with a focus on enterprise level cloud services.
