About the Role:

Cloud Operations Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Cloud Strategy & Governance:
Define and implement cloud operational policies, standards, and best practices.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of cloud engineers, DevOps specialists, and operations staff.
Infrastructure Management:
Oversee cloud infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and scaling across
AWS, Azure, GCP, or hybrid environments
.
Monitoring & Reliability:
Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of cloud services through
monitoring, alerting, and incident response
.
Security & Compliance:
Implement cloud security best practices, manage access controls, and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
Cost Optimization:
Monitor cloud spend and optimize resource utilization.
Automation & CI/CD:
Promote automation for deployment, configuration, and operational tasks.
Collaboration:
Work with development, product, and business teams to
align cloud operations with business objectives
.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors or Master’s degree in
Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
.
Certifications in
AWS, Azure, GCP, or DevOps
.
Experience in
cost optimization and cloud financial management
.
Familiarity with
multi-region, distributed cloud architectures
.
Experience with
agile, lean, and site reliability practices
.
