Job Description

Lead data engineering squad to design, build, and optimize ETL pipelines; ensures quality and performance standards.
Must have one Hetero/Homogeneous migration experience
Interact closely with Business Analysis team, ETL team and BI Reporting teams to ensure understanding of proper use of data architecture.
Design, build, and maintain physical databases, dimensional data models, ETL layer design and data integration strategies.
Deep understanding of data modelling, data warehousing, and data quality.
Candidate should possess excellent problem solving abilities and data analysis
Good written and verbal communication skills.

Should have skills and ability to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Able to analyse information and anticipate outcomes to choose the best solutions.
Extensive knowledge and practical experience in defining Master Data Management strategies, implementing MDM services, Metadata Management, Data Governance, and Data Quality solutions.
Familiarity with enterprise data integration technologies and methods, including ETL, data replication, and data services.

Design and implement effective database solutions and models to meet clients’ requirements
Examine and identify database structural necessities by evaluating client operations applications, and programming.
Assess database implementation procedures to ensure they comply with internal and external regulations.
Install and organize information systems to guarantee company functionality.
Prepare accurate database design and architecture reports for management and executive teams
Oversee the migration of data from legacy systems to new solutions.
Monitor the system performance by performing regular tests, troubleshooting, and integrating new features.
Recommend solutions to improve new and existing database systems.
Develop high performance and scalable solutions using GCP that extract, transform, and load big data (ETL)
Educate team members through training and individual support.
Experienced in Modernizing legacy Data Warehouse with high-intensity Big data solutions
At least one Full life cycle project of a Real-time data ingestion project with any Cloud platform
Good to have an understanding of Google AI/ML services
