Role Overview

We are looking for a Kitchen Operations Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations of our commercial/cloud kitchens. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring food quality, maintaining hygiene standards, and optimizing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily kitchen operations and ensure SOP compliance.
• Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and timely delivery.
• Manage procurement, vendor coordination, and inventory control.
• Recruit, train, and lead kitchen staff for smooth operations.
• Collaborate with accounts team for menu planning & pricing.
• Ensure hygiene, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare weekly/monthly cost reports for budget monitoring.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be based in Noida (preferred).
• 2–4+ years of experience in commercial/cloud kitchen operations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Knowledge of operational planning & cost control.
• Owns a bike for commute and a personal laptop.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
