About the Role

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations across 4+ cloud kitchen outlets in Kolkata
Manage a team of 20+ staff including chefs, kitchen assistants, and delivery partners
Handle inventory planning, purchase coordination, and wastage control
Manage operations and listings on Zomato, Swiggy, and other aggregator platforms
Recruit, train, and retain chefs and kitchen teams from the local network
Edit menus, monitor pricing, and ensure smooth order flow
Coordinate with management on targets, budgeting, and marketing activities.

Requirements

Experience: 4-5 years in F&B or cloud kitchen operations
Diploma in Hotel / Hospitality Management preferred
Proficiency in MS Excel and online delivery platforms (Zomato, Swiggy)
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Must have a bike for inter-outlet travel.
