We’re looking for a hands-on professional who enjoys variety — someone who can manage both cloud infrastructure and everyday IT operations in a fast-paced startup environment.

Role Overview:

IT & Cloud Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

☁️ Cloud & IT Support

• Manage and optimize AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) for performance and security.
• Assist in building and maintaining automated deployment pipelines.
• Monitor system health and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Support security practices, regular backups, and access management.

💻 Office IT & Admin

• Set up and maintain office hardware, networks, and peripherals.
• Provide tech support for employees (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Manage software tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and other internal systems.
• Oversee software licenses, renewals, and subscriptions.

🤝 Collaboration & Documentation

• Work closely with development and operations teams to meet technical requirements.
• Maintain detailed IT documentation, including troubleshooting guides and process notes.
