Desired Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience on Intune
- You are highly proactive and committed.
- Good to have Solutions Architecture & Design experience.
- You’ve worked with one or several technologies from the M365 stack such EMS+Security, Intune, Windows 10
- Contribute to running our Modern Workplace practice and develop our Microsoft 365 capability.
- Own delivery responsibilities for client engagements, including but not limited to Intune deployment, SCCM and other MDM solutions.
- Document relevant technical information including site schematics, system problems, problem resolution and knowledge base content.
- Provide technical training to customers - systems administration and end user.
- Conduct technical research on system upgrades to determine feasibility, cost, time required and compatibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud engineering and consulting, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365, Purview, Microsoft Entra, and Defender.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Implement Information Protection in Microsoft 365 are highly desirable
