You Are:

We are seeking a skilled Cloud IAM & Security Specialist to join our team.

The Opportunity:
Lead I - Cloud Infrastructure Services
  • Design, implement, and manage IAM policies and roles across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
  • Support access control strategies and ensure least-privilege principles are enforced.
  • Collaborate with security and DevOps teams to integrate IAM with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Utilize CIEM tools to monitor and remediate excessive permissions and access risks.
  • Manage secrets and credentials using HashiCorp Vault.
  • Conduct periodic access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with security policies.
  • Provide documentation and training on IAM best practices and tools.

Required Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and services.
  • Hands-on experience with IAM in AWS (IAM, Organizations, STS), Azure (Azure AD, RBAC), and GCP (Cloud IAM, Service Accounts).
  • Familiarity with CIEM tools such as Sonrai, Ermetic, or CloudKnox (preferred).
  • Experience with HashiCorp Vault for secrets management.
  • Understanding of security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2).
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as AWS Certified Security – Specialty, Azure Security Engineer Associate, or Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer.
  • Experience with scripting (Python, Bash) or infrastructure as code (Terraform).
  • Exposure to DevSecOps practices and tools.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
