Cloud IAM & Security Specialist

As a skilled Cloud IAM & Security Specialist at UST, you will have the opportunity to lead in Cloud Infrastructure Services. Your primary responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and managing IAM policies and roles across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments. You will be tasked with supporting access control strategies, ensuring the enforcement of least-privilege principles, and collaborating with security and DevOps teams to integrate IAM with CI/CD pipelines. Your role will also involve utilizing CIEM tools to monitor and remediate excessive permissions and access risks, managing secrets and credentials using HashiCorp Vault, conducting periodic access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with security policies, as well as providing documentation and training on IAM best practices and tools. To excel in this position, you should have a basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and services, hands-on experience with IAM in AWS, Azure, and GCP, familiarity with CIEM tools like Sonrai, Ermetic, or CloudKnox, experience with HashiCorp Vault for secrets management, and an understanding of security best practices and compliance standards such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are essential for success in this role. Preferred qualifications for this position include certifications such as AWS Certified Security - Specialty, Azure Security Engineer Associate, or Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer, experience with scripting languages like Python and Bash, familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, and exposure to DevSecOps practices and tools.
