Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Fax Cloud Engineer to join our team. Experience in large scale siloed environments. Cross team collaboration is a must and the ability to guide conversations along with taking on ownership and accountability for projects. Make recommendations on new processes and approve new system design. Oversee system implementations to meet project requirements. Manage initiatives and projects to meet goals and deadlines. Primary Responsibilities:Collaborate with the team to migrate on-premises workloads to cloud environmentsCollaborate with IT security teams to ensure secure cloud deploymentsOptimize cloud infrastructure to meet performance and cost targetsOrganize training sessions and seminars to enhance the skills of the teamMaintain and update system documentation for all On Prem/cloud environmentsResolve escalated issues arising from On Prem/cloud operations, coordinating with other departments as necessaryEvaluate new cloud technologies and vendor productsEnsure cloud migration projects are completed within planned timelines and budgetsCoordinate with business users for issues that arise and find solutionsComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications:SaaS design experienceSSO - SAML (general)Azure (SSO, SAML, SCIM)2+ years of experience in RightFax in a large-scale environment On PremSaaS or PaaS or IaaST.38, G711 VOIP technologyBasic understanding of SQL ServerTelephony/Voice side Cisco call managerOracle SBCKnowledge of project management methods
