We’re looking for a self-motivated Sr. infrastructure to join our Global infrastructure team. We have a relentless focus on driving results for our customers and enabling them to invest more into patient care; in turn, this allows us to continue to grow our company and your career.

By reporting to the Manager, infrastructure Operations, the candidate will be responsible for managing the windows Server, Azure and AWS instances hosted on prem and in cloud from all the aspects. This role will require troubleshooting and a high sense of responsibility for the problems as requests. Communication and timeliness are a must in problem solving, initiating change, and escalation.

Your day-to-day role will include:
•Manage multiple Azure and AWS platforms through multiple product lifecycle environments, from development to mission-critical production systems. •Configure and maintain Azure and AWS resources and processes, including monitoring of system health and performance, to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security. •Apply performance techniques to ensure development and implementation support efforts meet integration and performance expectations. •Independently analyse, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end. •Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and do`cument changes. •Share domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross-training to other peers and team members. •Provide rotation-based 24/7 on call support for unplanned outages and planned maintenance/release events. •Collect and report database performance KPI’s on regular basis.

You Have:
•Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related discipline. •8+ years of infrastructure administration experience preferably in azure , AWS and networking. • Good Hands on experience in Load balancers. • Migrating workload from on-prems to Azure/AWS

  • Configuring SSO setups and application registration.
  • Managing windows servers roles and features
    •Experience in troubleshooting and resolving Servers and infrastructure problems •Experience in implementing operational automation using scripts. •Hands on experience with terraform, ansible and PowerShell. •Extensive experience with Windows/SQL*Server Clustering (On on-Prem & Cloud based VM’s), Always ON, Replication, Mirroring. •Experience with Performance Tuning and Optimization (PaaS & IaaS). •Experience with backups, restores and recovery models •Knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for Servers. •Experience working with Windows server, including Active Directory •Excellent written and verbal communication •Flexible, team player, “get-it-done” personality •Ability to organize and plan work independently •Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment •Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams

It would be great if you also have:
• Healthcare experience •Azure and AWS certifications
